We currently have an opening for an On-line Fork-Lift Operator. This opening is on 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm). This position reports to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for supplying production line with bottles, cartons, and other materials to meet production needs and customer specifications.

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Performs changeovers for different bottle sizes
  • Manages and loads two key machines
  • Follows production schedule guidelines to insure required bottles and cartons are being used
  • Receives and verifies bottle schedule
  • Uses RF scanner to maintain and manage inventory usage
  • Maintains and communicates floor space availability to Production Supervisor
  • Fills out shift paperwork
  • Completes and performs all operator preventative maintenance reviews of equipment and lines
  • Follows all safety rules
  • Follows good housekeeping standards to ensure cleanliness
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

 

 

 

 
Experience & Skills

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months of fork-lift experience
  • 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Computer literacy using RF Scanner
  • Must successfully complete and maintain Lassonde Pappas Fork-Lift Certification
